General Information

To increase the availability of our qualified members to the public and to other health professionals, PACAWA maintains a Member Directory. This directory contains a profile listing of Full Members who have elected to be included in the directory. These members have met PACAWA’s high standards for training, supervision, and clinical experience, and are governed by the Association’s Code of Ethics.

For the members listed, the directory outlines the following professional details:


  • Academic qualifications
  • Formal training qualifications in counselling or psychotherapy
  • Professional title
  • Client range
  • Areas of clinical expertise
  • Health fund or Medicare rebates offered
  • Languages spoken other than English
  • Location of service
  • Contact phone number
  • Whether listed on the national PACFA Register

It is hoped that this information is of value in serving to guide in the process of selecting an appropriate counsellor or psychotherapist.

New Application

If you are a Full Member of PACAWA and are interested in having your professional details published in the PACAWA Member Directory please download and complete the Member Directory Application form and mail to the PACAWA office.

Member Directory Changes

All Members listed in the Member Directory are reminded that the directory is updated twice yearly - in April and October. Changes to your entry can be made by downloading the Member Directory Application form. Fill in only the sections you want changed and mail to the PACAWA office.
